Taste & Trade 360 — Admission Policy

(2026 Edition)

Effective for 5–7 November 2026 | Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC)

Taste & Trade 360 is a business‑to‑business (B2B) trade exhibition dedicated to the food, beverage, and F&B solutions industry. To ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all participants, the following admission rules apply.

  1. Pre‑Registered Visitors (Free Admission)

Visitors who complete online pre‑registration before the event will enjoy complimentary admission. A valid QR Code / E‑Badge must be presented at the entrance.

  1. On‑Site Registration (RM5.00 Admission Fee)

Visitors who register on‑site at KLCC will be required to pay a RM5.00 admission fee. Payment is cashless and must be made at the registration counters.

  1. Age Restriction (Strictly 16+)

To maintain safety and professionalism:

    • Visitors below 16 years old are strictly not allowed to enter
    • No infants, toddlers, strollers, or school groups
    • Identification may be requested for age verification
  1. Dress Code (Smart Casual or Business Attire Only)

All visitors, exhibitors, and participants must adhere to the event dress code.

Allowed (DO’s)

    • Business attire
    • Smart casual
    • Covered footwear

Not Allowed (DON’Ts)

    • Shorts / Bermudas
    • Singlets / sleeveless shirts
    • Sports footwear / uncovered footwear
    • Slippers / flip‑flops

The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with the dress code.

  1. Trade‑Only Admission (Including Aspiring F&B Entrepreneurs)

Taste & Trade 360 is open exclusively to individuals and organisations with a professional or commercial interest in the F&B industry. This includes:

    • F&B professionals
    • Business owners & decision makers
    • Buyers, distributors, importers
    • Hospitality & foodservice professionals
    • Investors, consultants, trade associations
    • Aspiring F&B Entrepreneurs — individuals planning to start their own café, restaurant, bakery, food brand, or F&B business

The general public with no business interest will not be admitted.

  1. Badge Usage & Verification
    • All badges are personal and non‑transferable
    • The organiser may request identification at any time
    • Lost badges may be reissued at the organiser’s discretion
    • Visitors must display their badge at all times inside the venue
  1. Badge Scanning & Data Sharing

By entering the event, visitors consent to:

    • Exhibitors scanning their badge only with permission
    • Sharing of contact details with exhibitors they choose to engage with
    • Receiving event‑related communications from the organiser
  1. Prohibited Items & Conduct

The following are not allowed inside the exhibition halls:

    • Weapons or hazardous materials
    • Outside food & beverages (unless approved)
    • Unauthorized distribution of flyers or samples
    • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour
  1. Photography & Videography
    • Personal photography is allowed unless restricted by exhibitors
    • Commercial photography, filming, or live streaming requires organiser approval
    • The organiser may capture photos/videos for documentation and promotional use
  1. Health & Safety Compliance

All visitors must follow:

    • Venue safety regulations
    • Instructions from security and event staff
    • Crowd‑control and emergency procedures
  1. Organiser Rights

The organiser reserves the right to:

    • Approve or reject registrations
    • Deny entry to individuals who do not meet criteria
    • Remove visitors who violate event rules
    • Amend this policy without prior notice
